Jim Shorkey Gainesville Mazda is seeking a motivated Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. Come contribute to the success of our organization!
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and create customers for life
- Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
- Explain product features, performance, and benefits to each customer.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
- Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) Grow Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Remain up to date on all products, market trends, and certifications.
